New Bromide Rarity and "NPCs" To Be Added on January 31st

Geechs put out a news post in the game announcing new additions that will be implemented on January 31st.

Details about the new Bromide rarity:

-it will be the highest rarity, so higher soul and better skills than the current Bromide's skills
-the card dialogue for this rarity will be voiced on the homescreen
-there will also be dialogue during gameplay, like when the Bromide's skill is activated
-this new rarity will only be available from the Super (Melodisian) Gacha, not the Love Gacha or Ticket Gachas

With the "NPC" addition, these will be things you'll be able to choose as support before songs. I speculate that these will be fake players you can choose if your friend list is lacking in a certain color or you're waiting for support cooldown to end or something.

As for the new Bromide rarity, it is not currently known if these will only be for anime bands, or if they'll cast voice providers for characters who don't already have them. It is also not known if tie-up bands will get these. I would be very surprised if all characters can receive this rarity and still be voiced, as that sounds like it'd be hard in the case of people who are no longer in some of the tie-up groups.

Three of the five Kamen Joshi members who the Beans are based on have graduated from the group, Rockwell left Silhouette from the Skylit some months ago, and A Crow Is White recently announced they'd be disbanding. Because of these circumstances, I'm skeptical tie-up bands will be included in this, but it'd be cool if they pulled it off and managed to get these people to still provide the voices for their SB69 characters.

New weeklong event, band pickup gacha, new UR+s

The late January 2017 weeklong event has begun! It lasts from the 26th and ends February 2nd. This event is like the late November 2016 green/blue event and the Pop in Q collaboration event. This means you have to play Tour to get tickets, which you then spend to play event songs.

The UR gotten for ranking in the Point Challenge is Bai Yellow, while the UR for ranking in the Score Challenge is Tsugihagi. Also a new change to events, the event URs (Orion and Peipain) from the previous event give a boost in the current event. So you may want to make sure you hold onto URs from previous events and don't get rid of them now, at least not before the next event.

The URs are gotten from getting 10,000 or above, their UR items from 555 or above.

From grinding the Point Challenge:

-Yoshiten (Tekebatkitsu Sou) SR at 10,000 points

-Holmy/Rosia (Criticrista) SR at 30,000 points

-Plasmagica room item at 95,000 points

-Daru Dayu (Tsurezure) SSR at 140,000 points

-Spectrenotes SSR at 210,000 points

-SSR ticket at 250,000 points

We've got a new band pickup Gacha.

The current band pickup Gacha is for Plasmagica and Studdoban Gyasshu. The URs available in Plasmagica's Gacha are the Christmas 2016 Plasmagica set. For the Studdoban Gyaashu Gacha there's Fenelly's shopping limited and Cheety's limiteds. All initials in the game are also in these Gachas.

We've also got new UR+s, of Zebrina and Lyna from Studdoban.

New Gacha, New Kami Gacha, upcoming feature announcement

The previously leaked red Gacha UR have been released. The first is of Takeppa from Tekebakitsu Sou, while the second is of Daru Dayu from Tsurezurenaru Ayatsuri Mugenan. This Gacha will last until the 26th, and then it will be replaced with a Gacha featuring these and the two URs from the yellow Gacha. This will last until February 2nd.

The Kami Gacha also received a new UR, one featuring Holmy and Jacklyn drawn by the artist of the Criticrista manga. As with all other Kami Gacha URs, this UR is permanent.

Additionally, it was recently announced that sometime in February, they will add "automatic selling" and "automatic Kami point" buttons. Sound like a pretty nice quality-of-life addition! Doesn't completely make up for the countless negative changes they've made over the past six months, but hey it's something.

Game Changes Made on 1/19/2017, New Mini-Event, New Gacha, New Gacha Leak

With the end of the "blue/purple" weeklong event comes new and exciting (not really) changes to the game.

• Room items are now organized by the most recent items you've got listed first. Previously your older items were listed first.
• You can no longer roll Gachas if rolling said Gacha will put you above your bromide limit.

Maybe there are other changes? These are the only two I know of so far. Now onto my opinions on these changes.

The room item thing is a welcome change. It was very annoying having to scroll through all my old furniture before getting to the new ones I just bought.

Now uh... about that other change. It's terrible. It will make doing a bunch of Friend Point rolls to get Kami Points take so much longer. Nobody asked for this. Stop.

Anyway, the Gacha for Kanato's initial and Holmy's limited has begun! Good luck to anyone rolling for them!

We've also got a new mini-event on our hands, one we've gotten before. We've got an EXP up event and angel grinding stamina is temporarily decreased.

We've also got leaks for the next Gacha, which will be under the cut for those who don't want to be spoiled.

Shirorakurosuka? tie-up band "Karasu wa Masshiro" Breaking Up

Karasu wa Masshiro (also known as A crow is white), the tie-up band for Shirorakurosuka?, announced on January 16th that they will be breaking up. They will do their Winter 2017 tour and disband after it's completed.

The band released their second full album, Back to the Future (バックトゥザフューチャー) back in September on the 21st. It can be purchased from iTunes for those interested in getting it digitally. For buying the album physically, it is on Amazon Japan, CD Japan, and PlayAsia.
